Required skills

• Familiar with sales techniques and methodologies.
• Good understanding of the software products and services.

Preferred skills

• Confidence and skill in public speaking for presentations and pitches.
• Previous experience in business-to-business sales, particularly in the tech or software industry.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and market conditions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, Upwork, LinkedIn.
• Conduct case demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company’s solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals for the company.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
• Handle various administrative duties related to sales activities, including scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
