“I came to the course “JavaScript Basic” from a completely different field of work and without any understanding of what development is and how it works, without any knowledge about frameworks or database. During the course, we studied the basic JS, and we not only analyzed it, but thanks to our mentor, we climbed “under the hood” of JS and watched how it works from the inside. I would like to note our mentor’s academic approach to this course and his enthusiasm. In addition to the JS language, we studied MERN stack and GraphQL, worked with REST queries and many other aspects of computer science. In conclusion, I would like to add that in three months we learnt much more than people usually learn in six-month time on standard JS courses, lectures and seminars... “Studying any material is a labor-intensive and time-consuming process. And the only way to go through all the stages with ease is to delve into the course program as much as possible and to interest the listener, which was demonstrated for me for the first time. I saw a constructive approach to the presentation of the material, and the assessment of achievements and progress in Trello caused a spirit of competition in obtaining new knowledge. In a short time, I learnt a great amount of information, which allowed me to perfectly understand the principle of building web applications using various technologies and databases. I learnt to create scalable client-server applications, taking into account the customer’s requirements. The material of the course was presented in a very intelligible and informative way, which allowed me to successfully master the curriculum. I would like to set the teaching principles of Viaduct Academy as an example and designate it as the reference standard in mastering any teaching material. Everything was great!”

“The “JavaScript Basic” course is an excellent choice if you want to start your career in the IT field. The presentation of the material was simple, clear, interesting and funny. The program was structured in such a way as to make you work through the cycle of tasks, within your own project. This gave me an opportunity to understand how projects are built, from the moment the idea was born to the moment of its implementation. We played the roles of different specialists, which led us to the conclusion in which direction it would be preferable and interesting for us to develop in the future. We worked on projects using different technologies in conjunction with JS. The “JS Basic” course was one of the coolest moments in my life, as I hadn’t experienced so much energy, joy, involvement and pleasure for a very long time, and to be honest, I would like to experience it again!
